Right of Withdrawal

Cancellation Policy

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), take possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us:

by means of a clear written statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the sample withdrawal form below, though it is not required.

The withdrawal period is met if you send your notice of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal.

We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or specification by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.

Right of Withdrawal — Digital Products

For digital products (e.g. digital downloads such as Seasonal Stories Insert Packs), the right of withdrawal expires prematurely if we have begun performance of the contract with your express prior consent and your acknowledgement that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once we have fully performed the contract.

By completing your purchase of a digital product, you expressly agree that we may begin delivery of the digital content immediately after purchase. You acknowledge that your right of withdrawal expires upon the start of the download.
