1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through the online shop of:

By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. We sell to consumers only (B2C). A consumer is any natural person who enters into a transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession.

2. Contract conclusion

By placing an order in our shop, you are making a binding offer to purchase the selected products. After submitting your order, you will receive an automated order confirmation by email. This confirmation does not yet constitute acceptance of your offer.

A binding purchase contract is formed when we send you a separate shipping confirmation or dispatch the goods.

We reserve the right to decline orders, for example in the event of pricing errors or unavailability of products.

3. Prices & payment

All prices are shown in euros (€) and are exclusive of VAT in accordance with § 19 of the German VAT Act (Kleinunternehmerregelung). Shipping costs are shown separately and added at checkout.

We accept the following payment methods:

• Credit card (via Stripe)

• PayPal

• Apple Pay

• Google Pay

Payment is due immediately upon placing your order. We reserve the right to withhold dispatch until payment has been received in full.

4. Shipping & delivery

We currently ship to Germany, all EU member states, and Switzerland.

Shipping costs:

• Germany: €3.50 per order

• EU: €9.00 per order

• Switzerland: €14.00 per order

Free shipping on orders over €20.

All shipping rates apply per order, regardless of the number of items.

Estimated delivery times:

• Germany: 3–5 business days

• EU: 7–14 business days

• Switzerland: 7–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs processing.

Calendars are shipped as tracked parcels. Postcards and A4 prints are usually shipped as standard letter post within Germany.

Please note that shipments to Switzerland may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

For pre-order items, the estimated shipping date is stated on the product page. Full payment is due at the time of ordering. We will notify you if delivery dates change.

5. Right of withdrawal — physical products

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without giving any reason, provided the product has not been used or damaged.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot process refunds for items lost or damaged in transit.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will refund the amount for the returned items within 14 days. Original shipping costs cannot be refunded.

Exceptions:

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Custom-made or personalised products

• Products that have been used or damaged after delivery

6. Right of withdrawal — digital products

For digital products (e.g. downloadable insert packs such as Seasonal Stories), the right of withdrawal expires as soon as the download has begun, provided you have given your express prior consent and acknowledged that you thereby waive your right of withdrawal.

By completing your purchase of a digital product, you expressly agree that delivery begins immediately after purchase and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal expires upon the start of the download.

Digital products are non-refundable once downloaded.

7. Warranty

We are legally required to deliver goods that are free from defects. If a product you receive is faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receipt at paula.collectionofstories@gmail.com

The statutory warranty period is two years from the date of delivery, in accordance with German law.

We reserve the right to offer repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion. We do not accept returns for change of mind on physical products that have been used or damaged after delivery.

8. Liability

As a small private seller, our liability is limited to cases of intent and gross negligence. We are not liable for minor negligence, loss of profit, indirect damages, or damages arising from incorrect use of our products.

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g. postal disruptions, natural events, or force majeure).

9. Intellectual property

All content on our website and products, including texts, designs, illustrations, and photographs, is the intellectual property of Paula Blietschau — Collection of Stories and is protected by copyright.

Digital products purchased from our shop are for personal use only. Redistribution, resale, or commercial use of any digital content is strictly prohibited.

10. Data protection

We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be found on our website. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.

11. Online dispute resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), available at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

We are not obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board, nor do we voluntarily participate in such proceedings.

12. Applicable law & jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions and all contracts concluded through our shop are governed exclusively by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

For consumers within the EU, mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected.

The place of jurisdiction is Berlin, Germany, to the extent permitted by law.

13. Changes to these Terms & Conditions

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The version applicable to your order is the one published on our website at the time of purchase.
