If for any reason you're not happy with your order, you have 14 days to return it to us, provided the product has not been used or damaged.

Please note that return shipping costs are not covered by Collection of Stories. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method, as we are unable to process refunds for items lost or damaged in transit.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will refund the amount for the returned items. Unfortunately, original shipping costs cannot be refunded.

Calendars are shipped as a tracked parcel to ensure they arrive safely and without damage.
Postcards & A4 prints are usually shipped as a standard letter (Germany).

Germany: €3.50 per order
EU: €9.00 per order
Switzerland: €14.00 per order

All shipping rates apply per order, regardless of the number of items.

Products marked as pre-order will not be shipped until their official release or shipping date. Full payment is due at the time of ordering. We will notify you if any delivery dates change.
